My clients are always asking me for higher protein, lower fat, nutritious recipes that they can incorporate into their training regimes. Eating right seems to be the trickiest part for myself and most of my clients. I would guess, its the same for you. I originally got this idea from http:/ www.bodybuilding.com. 2 lbs ground turkey breast. 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

It's time to train like a girl…. What’s age got to do with it? Hello and happy end to the holidays! I hope you all had a lovely break. If you’re anything like me though you’re looking forward to a normal routine, especially when it comes to working out and eating well. If anything it would just be nice to know what freaking day it is without having to really think about it! Road Run Hi-Tec Rotorua Ekiden Relay 2013. 24th November 2013 – 15km. Trail run – Smith’s Sport Shoe’s Tauranga Trail run. Race 1 - 12km.
