Friday, August 22, 2014. 1/3 cups sugar (too sweet for me, next time 1/4 cup). 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 1/2 cups cake flour. 2 tbsp milk (may need to adjust). A pinch of salt. 1 Pre-heat oven to 170c. 2 Prepare a bowl for dry ingredients=flour and baking soda. Whisked thoroughly. 3 Another bowl mashed in bananas. 4 Add in egg sugar butter vanilla extract vanilla extract to 3. 5 Dry mixture slowly add in and whisk. 6 in milk. If too dry may add more.

Record for the every moment of me. Saturday, September 21, 2013. Basically this is what i saw from a blog that mixed ice-cream wth flour and turns in to a bread…. Well, is kinda look like bread from the recipe, but what i made was something went wrong. Oh damn it, i screwed it again.(x x). 2 cups of ice-cream(any flavor but must be full fat milk). 1 1/2 self-rising flour. 1 Preheat 180°c. 2soften ice-cream mixed with self-rising flour. 3 Bake for 45mins or stick(forgot wht its called) come out clean.

Raisins and chocolate chips (fillings). 1 Yeast warm water, mixed. 2 Put all the ingredient in a bowl, except olive oil. 3 Pour yeast water to. 4 Add in olive oil, form a dough. (lightly kneading until no more flour). 5 Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 1 hour. 6 Sprinkle a some flour onto work surface and divided into 2 pieces of dough.(prevent sticky). It was new experience for me though. Some more guys really take care of girls . I gotta said they quite gentlemen. Langkawi good at what? So, today i was thinking melted those 'yam ice-cream' to bake cupcakes. At first i dun think it will turn out well but hey, never try never know.
