I’ve managed to double my output (up from “halfway irresponsible to “halfway responsible”) by using the pomodoro method- 25 minutes’ focused work, then 5 minutes’ rest/self-reward. It makes it a lot easier to focus throughout the day and much less stressful to think about work as one big long slog. April 26, 2016. Why are some businesses impossible to contact.
