4 mutton chops ( ask for rezala pieces, to get the true chop effect). 1 bowl of chopped cherry tomatoes, yellow. 2 large onions, boiled and pureed. 2 medium red tomatoes, pureed. 1 cup port/ red wine (completely optional). 1 cup hung curd. 2 teaspoons jeera (cumin) powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder. 1 teaspoon crushed pepper. 1 large tablespoon ginger paste. 1 large tablespoon garlic paste. 1 bowl of mutton stock. 1 small onion chopped. 1 small capsicum, chopped or pureed. Vegetable oil for cooking.

135 grams plain white flour. 2 tablespoons of baking powder. 150 grams of sugar. 100 grams of butter, melted. 5-6 tablespoons of chocolate powder or syrup. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence or extract. 1 Mix the flour and baking powder together.
