I trained with Pilates Training Solutions in Surrey, qualifying in matwork, working with equipment and have taken a specialist course for Pilates in pregnancy. In 2011 I qualified as a Level 4 Instructor specialising in lower back pain. I teach Clinical Pilates and work on a one-to-basis with clients and also teach group classes. I have worked at Bannatyne’s for over 5 years teaching beginners and advanced Pilates. I also have my own group classes in Culworth and Middleton Cheney.
