Originally based at the Grayston Medical Mews, in no time at all I was forced to consider moving in order to expand the facilities to accommodate the growing demand. Our aim is to provide the highest quality of Pilates instruction. All of our Instructors are internationally certified in both mat and equipment, and offer the most professional of services.
