Initial Consultation – $70. This is the first step for everyone! Before you begin your Pilates Classes, it is important that we assess your strengths and weaknesses, posture and discuss injuries/faulty movement patterns. We check for joint stability, flexibility, strength and function. This session also teaches you the basics of Pilates, how to use your core muscles properly and safe exercise practise. This is essential before any classes or studio sessions are attended. Pilates Starter Pack – $160.
