I still learn every single day. I studied exercise physiology in college, and worked in cardiac rehabilitation before becoming a certified personal trainer. I have a regular yoga practice, and have studied integrative nutrition, reiki and most recently the Schatz Method. I use all these modalities to support my teachings while still respecting the classical Pilates method. Once that’s in place, movement will feel good and other modes of training will be possible.
