As a classically trained and certifed Peak Pilates teacher, ACE certified Personal Trainer and ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, I offer one on one customized training in a private studio setting in the North Culpeper County town of Jeffersonton, Va. Two students are instructed at the same time in mat and reformer exercises. The students should be at a reasonably equal level in their practice and ability to get the best out of their lesson.
