The Life and Times of Calvert Trust Exmoors Equine Spokes Horse. Last weekend we have had a lovely group of young people and their parents staying in the centre. They are all from Jersey; they ride there with the local RDA Group. They had fun this weekend with us and all rode and had a carriage drive. They also painted Teddy, I must say they were very artistic – Teddy looked amazing covered in different colours. They did give him a bath on Sunday to wash the paint off though! Instructors all about me!

The fields are a bit muddy now but horses and ponies love mud! A rather muddy Teddy enjoying some lunch! Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Links to this post. Today we have had our Christmas treats! The Life and Times of Calvert Trust Exmoors Equine Spokes Horse. I've had a bit of a change of scene this week. I normally live in the archery paddock which is next to the big stream field where some of the other horses go out for grass. I can see them from the archery paddock but I am not in with them as I don’t want to get squashed by several tons of big horses when they are all running about and playing! Me showing Jack the way. Jack does love a roll! Andy looks less than impressed! He is a little bit...

The Life and Times of Calvert Trust Exmoors Equine Spokes Horse. Dressed up for Dressage. Last week Henry and Hendrix were chosen to go out to represent Calvert Trust Exmoor Stables at Mullacott Event Centre. They were plaited up and groomed to look really shiny on Wednesday evening so we knew something was going on. Several hours later they all arrived with smiling faces and two red rosettes! Henry and Hendrix had managed to be placed joint first in their class! Tuesday, April 28, 2015. This means that ...
