Celebrating the art of eating well. Tiger nuts tiger nut milk. POSTED ON March 26, 2015. If you’ve entered a health food store or raw food shop in the last few months, you may have noticed the increasingly large presence of tiger nuts. The little brown, shriveled nuts are not actually nuts as their name suggests; they are small, round tuber root vegetables. Sound interesting? Most of the tiger nuts available to us here in the United States are cultivated in Africa or Spain. According to this. Thank you e...

I met Alejandra Graf, creatress of the Mexican vegan food blog Piloncillo and Vainilla. What I like the most about this recipe is its delicious smell (Alejandra recommended using peppermint oil, but I used lavender oil ...

Mi clóset en Trendier. Published on agosto 26, 2016.

Published on septiembre 4, 2016.

And is what remains after peanuts have had a majority of the oil pressed out of them. I know what you’re thinking: EWW. Almondmilk. But not just any almondmilk. Unsweetened vanilla almondmilk. Almond cake with chocolate-coconut frosting | Oh, Ladycakes

Almond cake with chocolate-coconut frosting. Thom’s birthday was on Monday. I made him a cake because that’s what you do when people you love have birthdays. But unfortunately the actual celebration was a lot less exciting than such a cake would indicate, due to the fact that he had a bit of research and writing to do. Having known about his workload weeks prior, I decided to step up my gift game this year and wound up getting him a record player. Thanks for the recommendation and pairing’s box. After he...
