Just another WordPress.com site. Garlic Lover’s Delight. Are rabid vampires running wild in your neighborhood? Well, if you eat this salad there is no way any vamp would want to get anywhere near you. There is a lovely little Greek dip/sauce called Skordalia. Skordalia is basically garlic, bread, garlic, olive oil, and garlic combined to make a thick dip. Get my point here? It’s also a very common accompaniment to roasted beets and definitely potent. You can’t just like garlic, you need to love garlic.
