Jeanette Viviano has enjoyed sewing and art since she was a very young girl. She made her first quilt in 1978 and has taken many classes in quilting, design and art. A desire to work with a more diverse palette than found in commercially made fabric led Jeanette to the joy of hand dyeing. Friday, August 5, 2011. I've been spending a lot of time with an old friend, Heat-n-Bond. I got the idea {from several blogs} to make a fabric map of the US. The whole process was a major pain. I didn't realize how much I love the land of the setting sun until I had to cut out all those tiny eastern states. So how do you create this fabrilicious piece of geography art? Thursday, June 25, 2009. With the craze of nesting inflicting my oh-so-impregnated state, I have completed two projects. Although only one benefits the nursery. The first: finally covering three pillow forms that have been taking up space in my fabric bin. More than six months ago, I bought some sale fabric from one of Fabric Depot's outside.
