きょうは、ちょっと時間が出来たので、近くの公営プールへ行ってきました。家から歩いて１０分弱で到着。ここは、５０メートルの長水路です。日本のようにコースロープで仕切られているわけではないので、混雑している時間だと、ぶつかることがあるんですが、日中は日差しが強いので、日焼けをしたくないフィリピン人は基本的にやってきません。笑 きょうの午後は日差しも比較的に強くて、やはり思った通り、泳いでいるのは白人のおっさんくらいでした。笑. ということで、あんまり気合いを入れて泳ぐのもなんなので、ドリル＋泳ぎ込みくらいで、、、. 来月の中旬に大学で学部対抗のスポーツ大会があります。昨年は複数の種目に出られたのですが、今年はひとり一種目だけに限られるそうです。ということで、フラッグフットボール（タグラグビーみたいなの）は出られなくなり、人数の少ない水泳に専念することにしました。 このところ週に３回程度泳いでるので体調もいい感じ！！ちょっときょうは全体的に焼けたのか、微妙にヒリヒリってかんじ。 Southwestern University, Cebu, the Philippines.

おはようございます！Pinoy Medical Studentです。日本も無事に梅雨明けをしたそうですが、ものすごく暑いんですね。。。。っていうか、４０℃近くまであがったところがあったそうですが、フィリピンではありえません。笑 熱帯＝日本より暑い ってこともなく、、、、インドはさすがに暑いそうですが、、、、同級生の話によると。。 さて、何だか大学のネタよりも、日常生活のネタばっかりの日記ですが、最近。 セブでの一人暮らしも一年が過ぎて、部屋もだいぶごちゃごちゃしていたんですが、先日の日記にも書いたように、部屋をちょこっと模様替しました。それだけでは、物足りなくて、というか何となく、勉強がしずらい感じだったので、家具の位置を変えました。というのも、隣の部屋の看護学部のにーちゃんが夜に帰ってきて、ルームシェアの経済学部のにーちゃんと話してうるさかったので、家具を壁につけちゃえば、少しは音が消えるかなあと思ったことがきっかけでした...日本のみなさんも、楽しい週末を！！ Southwestern University, Cebu, the Philippines. 結果は、昨年と同様に全学部中、第二位でした。銀賞！！ もう女子がすごいだよね。去年に続き。金メダル２個プラスリレーの金メダル２個、銀２個、銅１個。男子は、銅の１個。 僕は、昨年の銀１個、銅２個から大幅ダウン。０でした。笑. すごく良かったのがチームメンバー。これだけ頑張って、これからも定期的に練習をしていきたいとのこと！週に二回ほど練習をしていきたいなあ。 でもって、全種目中医学部は昨年から大幅アップ。こちらも第二位でした。銀賞！ 医学生です。フィリピン、セブ市から。 フィリピンでの生活は幸せそのものです。大学内の寮で生活をしています。 医学を学ぶことは自分自身の発見でもあり、人生論の学びでもあり、とても奥が深いです。関心分野は、地域医療です。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 Matias H. 何かに煩わされているといえば、そうだったかもしれません。このところ、ずっと忙しくて、気持ちの上でも何だか落ち着くことが出来ませんでした。そんなこともあって、Facebookやmixiを２５日から更新するのを止めました。一日に、何度もチェックしていたかというと必ずしもそうでもなかったんですが、コメントがあったり、メールが来ると返事を書かないと悪いなあと思ったりすることもありました。また勉強以外でのメールが山ほどあり、これも結構憂鬱でした。電話一本で終わっちゃうことが、何度もメールのやり取りをしなくちゃ行けなくて、それも勉強に全く関係のないことなので、なんでこんなことをしているのかなあ？？？って思っていました。 このFacebook, mixi, emailのこの３つの更新を控えたら、ホント静かな夜が訪れてきました。 Matias H. 新年おめでとうございます！ことしも、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 一年に一回の更新ではないのですが、きがついてみたら、あれってかんじです。 年末年始は、ここセブで過ごしました。というのも、学期休みに帰ったときに急遽手術を受けることになり、ひと月弱、日本に滞在していました。そんなこともあり、勉強の方も、一ヶ月遅れちゃったので、こちらで勉強してました。 日本からすれば、あったかいところですごす年末年始はいいなぁと思うかもしれないですが、一年中同じ天候なので、そろそろ飽きてきました。笑 きっと人間って勝手なので、寒い日本へ戻ったら、きっと戻ってきたいと思うんでしょうけど。。 ってなことで、また週明けに学期末試験があるのでがんばります。授業を受けてないで資料だけで準備はやっぱりこころもとないです。日本のように至れり尽くせりはないので、自分を信じてがんばります！ ４ヶ月以上も更新をしないうちに、２０１１年、平成２３年もあけてしまいました。笑 元気でやっています。 JAL006 Narita - JFK. 気持ちは、すでに「夜明け前」かなあ。 この時に日本人の友人がミネラルウォーターやゲータレード、...
