Wednesday, September 29, 2004. I am usually really good with journal entries but lately I've just gotten tired of writing the same old entries. You know what I'm talking about. The cycling for 30 min and the elliptical trainer for another 30 min. That is all that I have been up to since I had injured my right calf at a 5k a month ago. Thursday, September 22, 2005. Boy am I sore. These are times that I like to tell people that I'm a "hellasaurus". Nope, I'm not a Homo sapien. Or whatever, I'm a hellasaurus. As in- hella sore? Anyhow, I forgot to note a couple of things. What use is a running blog unless I actually type in it? I dragged myself outta bed in the morning to run 2 miles. I noted in my personal blog that morning runs are hella more difficult than evening jogs are. All that unnecessary huffing and puffing! Rock on tall chica!

Tuesday, August 31, 2004. Three cheers for me! I finished the 5k with glory- all running and no walking. The intensity with which I ran was all the more sweeter too. My legs wanted a break so bad but I just kept running. All the while I repeated a stolen mantra from. To force myself to keep going. Instead of Dory's "just keep. Friday, December 10, 2004. After a long hiatus from running- i am back. I started running again two nights ago. Not running- actually jogging. I can't believe how I winded I was after a mere 2 miles. Thursday, May 26, 2005. I have just returned from doing a little jogging on the treadmill in my apartment complex's puny, little fitness center. Ugh. I feel like muck right now. Muck and Jell-O. It's out of the ordinary for me to jog in the middle of the day. Sunday, April 17, 2005. Need to be more consistent. I really need to be more consistent with my running but gosh darnit, schoolwork just gets in the way all the time! Then again, I need to prioritize and stick my priorities. I want to work my way up to running 3 miles non-stop. 1 To wear a two-piece to the pool. 2 To resume with my modeling. Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Take that 2.5 miles! I went above and beyond in my jog last night (1/25). Being that I was sore for the jog two nights ago, I thought that I wouldn't try to risk muscle strain so I decided to run 2.5 miles. I ended up running a total of 3.5 miles!
