And I had such success, losing two pounds! Perhaps I was so shocked, I couldn't update the blog? Um, no, I actually don't remember exactly why I didn't post last week. I went and did the BetterU stuff, but then just forgot I suppose. So if you're keeping track like I am, that is 8 pounds down altogether. That would be a very good thing!

(Thanks, Joshilyn, for the fantastic idea! I’m totally stealing it.). This week, I will go to the fitness center and work out for at least 30 minutes at least four times.
