I’ve really been thinking a lot about what I wrote on Friday. And I think I’ve come up with a plan! I wrote about making small changes, doing workouts that I enjoy, eating real food, etc. T. Here seemed to be a consistent theme of doing a little at a time. And not trying to revamp my life and my diet and my exercise habits all at once.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. May 27, 2010. Earlier this week, I was at a friend’s house for a Beatles listening party. Being generous, I bought food for the occasion, and we cooked together. The grill was fired up and we grilled some salmon, bell peppers and asparagus. It was amazing. May 18, 2010. The summer slips below the surface. And the siren’s song of love echoes over passing time.
