From the Heart's Garden: October 2011

From the Heart's Garden. Poetry blog to share the wonderment of moments. Monday, October 31, 2011. The slate sky lies in cold repose. Since Halloween the Tilt-A-Whirl. Has been covered with a stiff gray tarp. Faded by rain's pelting. And the sun's melting of frost,. All is silent except for the cawing. And the flapping of canvas. Against poles of gaudy candy colors. Dismembered with their chairs. Removed and strewn about on the ground,. The skeletons of Ferris wheels. And bones of roller-coasters. Thank ...

From the Heart's Garden. Poetry blog to share the wonderment of moments. Sunday, October 7, 2012. For a long time they frightened my brothers, sisters and I. If those bumbling fat beetles had a bite it would be vicious. We measured the potency of bites by the size of the insect. Ants and mosquitoes mostly made us itch,. While the sting of bees and wasps could make us cry. And by that standard, these chafers. Had all the signs of a killer. How were we to know all that bumbling about,. Two Men on a Roof.

From the Heart's Garden: October 2012

http://www.poems-of-lillian-susan-thomas.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

From the Heart's Garden. Poetry blog to share the wonderment of moments. Monday, October 22, 2012. Near the Gulf Coast we live with fog intimately. It's vocabulary and syntax we have acquired. As much as Eskimos are fluent in the tongue of snow. When the sun emerges above this gauzy veil. The ground fog glows like God's grace. As if it were emitting its own light. Where the Brazos meanders to its mouth. Wintry dawn burn off sheets of haze. And lift them from high places and the highways. Feb 2011 ,.

And the crash of thunder,. Between jet's speed and sonic boom. Location: Old City, Fawn Creek, KS 67301, USA. Let's celebrate this fete. To death and the departed. Takes anarchy out on the town,. Making mischief in every dark corner. What other night can you see. Plastic skeletons with glowing eyes. TX, United States.

cello nocturne – yelena's poetry

https://moonlitpoetic.wordpress.com/2015/08/03/cello-nocturne

Bares a quiet cloud shore. Singing in the tempest. Along the delicate sky. Like a moon’s echo. On late april snow. As night murmurs a reverie. To the castle of sandy satellites. To warm somber sea. The valley of lotuses. Sunbathing in the river. Of a tender cloud’s embrace. Of a kensho sphere’s chant. A breath of each flower. Sprouting from the puddles. Of this gentle pulsing light. Eva – yelena's poetry

https://moonlitpoetic.wordpress.com/2015/07/10/eva-2

There’s been only a moment or two. Since a thunder savored. The unripe blood of grapevines. To keep the memory. Thyme tea. incense. Weaved by a nymph. With dark sapphire eyes. On the light-seeking street. Paper boats to shape and set free. And i recollect a day again. The cottonwood fluff day. One feathery careless hour blanketing our walk. In chamomile snow,. Thin-layered on hills by the river. As if a thousand little meteors. Traveled from milky way. To the furrowed empty land. Along the nomad’s path.

For you, for me, for the valley and sea. And i see,. The way your quiet home became. So cherished, silverblue. From an aqua cloud. I piano your loving eyes. On the subtle path. Of sylvan rainbows,. As if each revelation. Wild wind’s breath. I met your dream-. The chiming sun of eden,. A blushing lotus heart-. Within a luminous sway. As nightbees of the mountains. The song of everlight. And your chambers dawned. For the airy world. This tidal haze–. Such humble blending,. I’ll melt forever. Into your soul,.

Poems of Love - Passion

Poems of Love - Passion. Thursday, September 13, 2007. Poems of Love - Passion. As morning light spills into the room. A soft yet strong hand caresses. I breathe in and slowly sigh. Hips rocking together; moving in time. The smell of desire fills the room. Two souls as one; perfectly in tune. Crashing bodies shudder and erupt within. Woven together, hearts beating fast. Flesh against flesh we collide and collapse. Heavy our breath as we slowly relax. Wrapped in each other we watch the morning light.
