A poem for my little nephew | Poems by a tough girl
https://poemsbyatoughgirl.wordpress.com/2014/01/14/a-poem-for-my-little-nephew
Poems by a tough girl. Don't let them pull you down. Laquo; To my baby niece. A poem for my little nephew. I have a little nephew. What is he like? This little nephew of mine. Is a shining star in my eye. I have a little nephew. He likes to sneak in my room. To gaze at my collections. This little boy loves to climb on me. And use me as a jungle gym. I have a little nephew. He is the sweetest little boy I know. And I wouldn’t trade him for anything. My little nephew is named Tristan. And I love him dearly.

Poems by a tough girl. Don't let them pull you down. Archive for June, 2015. June 24, 2015. Sometimes I feel suffocated. Having a five year old over my shoulder. Trying to see what I’m doing. And not minding her own business. I want to scream. When she talks in that damn baby talk. And doesn’t talk like a five year old. I hate cleaning the bathroom. Not knowing if her dirty clothes in there. Are going to smell like pee or not. She’s five and still has accidents. Fully potty trained not.

Poems by a tough girl. Don't let them pull you down. To A Great Daddy. November 6, 2009. Don’t know why. A hero to me. Tell me whether I can. October 30, 2009. You claim you love me. I know I love you. Can I believe you still? My heart aches because of you. Why did you do it? You claim you love me. You say you always will. That you’ll be my friend at least. Can I believe you still? I don’t know what the truth is. Said that you’ve never lied to me. You claim you love me. You have lied to me before. My hea...

Poems and Poetry on Life
Poems and Poetry on Life. Wednesday, 13 May 2015. Finally - a new poem. I have been so busy learning to play the ukulele. Again that writing has been on the back-burner for longer than I care to think; hence the long break since my last post. There is only so much time in the day unfortunately. But writing is never very far from my mind, in fact I wrote a song. A couple of weeks ago so maybe the time's may be a-changing? But what bought this change about? Today, I purchased a brand new shirt. However for...

Poems by a tough girl. Don't let them pull you down. He’s my shining star in the darkness. July 20, 2016. He’s my shining star in the darkness. Without him I don’t know where I would be. He listens to my crazy thoughts and feelings. When I was younger I did a lot of soul searching. I did a lot of things I’m not proud of. There were a lot of toxic people in my life. I was lost, confused, and utterly alone. That was until I had to move to Oregon. And I met the one that could save me. June 24, 2015. Not kno...

Tuesday, 4 January 2011. Every one has in him. A powerful weapon to show his inner skill. A tiny brush plays this role. For a Painter to depict his painting skills. So is a Singer gifted with a melodious voice. Opens his heart out as he sets to singh. A Dancer uses his eyes and moves. To soothe the ambience and gladen the mass. A Spaker uses words to convey his thoughts. And so does a Poet thro' Rhythmic lines. A Saint uses Silence as his weapon. As he conveys his thoughts to people at large. Give me a m...
