From the Perimeter . . . Winter Prayer →. Not too late for Sorry, I hope. January 8, 2017. New Year, new chances, right? A chance to right wrongs, make new starts, be better. Well, I am trying. Case in point: after checking the weather on my phone this morning, I perused a dating app and lo and behold there was the pic of a guy whom I’d met when I was first divorced. I hadn’t seen this man, or any sign of him at all, in literally years. I owed him an apology, big time. So good so far. Or so I thought.

And thought we knew. Who would hide anything in the freezer. When we were always. For our summertime juice pops made in tupperware forms. Or the half-gallon of neapolitan ice-cream for birthdays. Or bags of frozen peas to put on our wounds? If you couldn’t numb the pain with frozen peas. You might need a cigarette.

A queen in the making. Wednesday, 2 November 2016. The next appointments arrived at the weekend – pre-assessment and then an admissions appointment for surgery. The latter under the care of Dr R, not the same consultant, and the procedures are not listed. I looked up Dr R. He’s a gynaecological oncologist. At least it’s only a few days to wait now. I called to confirm the admission appointment, a week after the pre-assessment. So I’m hoping that next week they’ll be able to give some answers,...Not long ...

A queen in the making. Tuesday, 4 August 2015. Tuesday, 4 August 2015. Arrived back from holiday in France, yes, we were affected by the trouble in Calais but not so much to spoil holidays away. However, we were all glad to be back in our little home. And this quote from Thomas S Monson, #LDSconf, #LDSprophet, which I saw on Facebook was a reminder of what it should all be about. And why we can’t be on holiday every day! Blogging… et al. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. A Mom Like Me.

Jennie From The Blog. Author Archives: Jennie Larry. Reasonswhyimsingle: Princess and the Pee. The “Hot Mess”. Mr Mess and I have known each other long enough (and have been through enough shenanigans) that when my friends say his name, it’s usually accompanied by an eye roll and a long, judgmental groan. I always know they have my best interest in mind, and I also knew it was going to take something pretty major for me to lose that soft spot I had developed for him over the last few years. The next morn...

The work of smzang. Asymp; 4 Comments. All a matter of timing. And the taste of sighs. 8216;We move in circles and the circles turn’. There is much to learn from a poem. The sways and bends. When there is no sin. Asymp; 4 Comments. The toothless cogs of stilled machines,. Mills rusted shut in eternal closings,. The silenced pens of poets. Filled with chaotic schemes that only time. Can turn toward their true mirror. Is born indentured, a slave. To the pendulum’s swing,. What is that bangle. Did it see me.

Poems from the heartphone
Poems from the heartphone. Sunday, 31 July 2016. The Force of Consciousness. The feminine energy in our galaxy. Is a ruling force, throughout eternity. Because of its fertility. The masculine got frightened. Causing a true duality. That finds it hard to go away. It even took over the power. That now has become a shower. Of evil, spreading across. Our earth finds itself at a loss. Of knowing her true identity. Of the divine trinity:. The masculine and feminine. In the human body. This trinity or triality:.

Poems from the Middle
Poems from the Middle. The Old Lady, The Postman, and The Girl. February 26, 2014 by Chris. The old lady sits silently pissing. Reminiscing, she wonders where. On the long road of life she took. The turning that led to this chair. Daily, she sits in the same corner. And wets herself from time to time,. As tears trickle down her cheek. The postman passes through the lounge. Seeing the old lady he is reminded of. His Nan. His nose wrinkles as he tries. To place the smell. At first he thinks of. Wonders how...

poems from the path
Poems from the path. Student of the possible. O the simplicity of good and real things. In between heartache and Monday-work. I lie down and let my attention wander inside this skin. To toes and fingers and ears and eyes, and everything in between. And lo, some vibrant joy makes itself known, right here. 8211; I almost say that this joy I carry around all the time,. But who does the carrying really, I wonder. Deep deep down I know that Life is absolutely trustworthy, absolutely. Like I send to you now.

Poems from the Soul | Where poetry comes to escape the body
Poems from the Soul. Where poetry comes to escape the body. May 3, 2016. Down, up, down, up. Down, splutter, cough. Cleansed. Inside and out. Feet stumble, hair drips. Nothing matters but the waves. Up, down, up, down. Up, giggle, shriek. Happy Inside and out. Arms flail, eyes sparkle. Nothing matters but the waves. June 26, 2015. The impossibility of moving. Is all too possible for me. No-one’s really budging. To let me in to see. I only want some grassy land. Somewhere to flex my toes. October 2, 2014.
