Musings on Life and Beyond. Saturday, 20 December 2014. Blessings of the Solstice #poetry. The battle between the dark and the light. Takes place in the womb, in the depth of the night. Before calling the light, we honour the dark. Releasing resentment and regret . listen, hark! The dark's triumph is brief, the wheel takes a turn. Fears have been confronted as we grow and learn. Pebbles in the Pond. The web weaves us together. From the colours of the rainbow. To grapes growing on the vine. Spiral circles moving outwards. Weft and warp exist. Boundaries in place by humanity. And we're stumbling in the mist. Paths that we have chosen. May only stay a while. Merging, fluid, changing.
