I AM AN OLD WOMAN. By Evelyn Wolph Kruger. I am an old woman with stains on my shirt,. Paper-thin skin, and nails edged with dirt. My glasses won’t stay on the bridge of my nose. My belly is large and my breasts hit my toes. I am an old woman and every year shows. The outer dimension is wrinkled and worn. But inside that ruin are dreams yet unborn. I’ll dance at new proms and wow ‘em at parties. Sing at soirees and ride off on sorties. I’ll ace all the tests and outwit all smarties.

By Evelyn Wolph Kruger. Waves wash in, caress the shore. Or wildly slam against our reef. But waves repeat, repeat, repeat-. The endless pulse of life they keep. Some waves are soft and gentle. Some strong enough to ride. The brave and hale stay out in storms. While others run to hide. In our lives we’ve each survived-. We’ve each been damned and blest. But life’s best served by those who dare. To ride those mighty crests.

http://www.poetrybyevelyn.com/poems/Florida/BeachDawn.html

At dawn I walked upon the beach. What silver scenes now play. Silent on my inner screen. I walk that rosy beach all day. My eyes behold the scalloped waves. Which slide against the shallow shore. My own two feet on scoured sand. Feel the contours as before. Gleaming sky of apricot. Shines across the sliding foam. Every shade of silver sheen. Reflects now in my home.

By Evelyn Wolph Kruger. I can’t hear the words you say. You’re talking to the floor. You can’t hear the words I speak. There’s too much background roar. My mother said, I don’t know what,. And she did not hear me. We yell and yell and never tell. Of love or joy or secret need. Where can we go right now. To hear and then be heard. Where is the silent space. For quiet loving words. I love you, mom and want you near. I need you by my side. Won’t you please sit down right now. I’m hurting deep inside.

Untitled Document

http://www.poetrybyevelyn.com/poems/BibleStories/Sly.html

By Evelyn Wolph Kruger. Sly Sylvester said to Eve. Ldquo; You must eat this fruit. It will make you wise and strong,. And God won’t give a hoot.”. Ldquo; But Sly,” she said, “it’s just one tree. We have all the rest.”. Ldquo;Don’t you fear,” was his retort. Ldquo; This fruit is much the best.”. So Eve succumbed and took a bite. Of knowledge quite sublime. She shared the taste with Adam;. In sin they did combine. This was too much for God above. Who sent them from his garden. Their lives the Lord did harden.

poetrybyelmale – just a few poems

Just a few poems. Komm nimm meine Hand…. Komm nimm meine Hand. Geh einen Schritt vorwärts. Du bist nicht daran schuld. Es war meine Entscheidung. Du hast keinen Fehler gemacht. Ich liebe dich doch. Ich will dich nicht verlieren. Weil du dich für etwas schuldig fühlst. Ich will dich nicht verlieren. Denn wir brauchen dich. Du kannst nichts dafür, dass. Ich mein Versprechen gebrochen habe. Es war meine Entscheidung. Und jetzt ist es deine Entscheidung. Ob du bei uns bleibst. Bis in alle Ewigkeit. Irgendwas...

Poetry (and blog) by Emmy R.

September 25, 2013. Normal according to Merriam-Webster, click for a link to the definition. Really the many many (8, plus the subgroups of each number.) definitions here do not clarify this for me. Numbers 1, 5, 6, 7, and 8 might not apply at all, and that leaves 2, 3, and 4. 2: a: according with, constituting, or not deviating from a norm, rule, or principle. 2: b: conforming to a type, standard, or regular pattern. 4: a: of, relating to, or characterized by average intelligence or development. A compilation of the works of the master poet himself. Mujhse pehli si mohabbat. Mujhse pehli si mohabbat mere mehboob na maang. Maine samhja tha ke tu hai toh darakhshaan hai hayaat. Tera gham hai toh gham-e-dehar ka jhagda kya hai? Teri soorat se hai aalam mein bahaaron ko sabaat. Teri aankhon ke siwa duniya mein rakha kya hai? Tu jo mil jaaye toh taqdeer nigoon ho jaaye. Yun na tha main, na faqat chaaha tha yun ho jaaye. Aur bhi gukh hain zamaane mein mohabbat ke siwa. Hayaat - A life of happiness.

DarknessQueen's Poetry – Originals writtten By Guilia A. Aliberti

Originals writtten By Guilia A. Aliberti. December 7, 2017. December 7, 2017. The Wind Song (November 12, 2011). As I walk through the crowded sidewalks, the wind hums its tune;. It sort of sounds like a whistle blowing through in your ear,. Sometimes I’ll just stand still to hear my wind song, whistling softly in my ear;. This song of nature clears my troubles away even for a couple minutes a day,. Everyone hears their own unique wind song;. Written By: Guilia Aliberti. December 7, 2017. December 7, 2017.

An Insight to My Unspoken Life. Quotes (Again) (via Elvishjesusfreak’s Blog). Loved this blog post so I though i’d share! There's a blog that I follow on Tumblr called To My Future Spouse, most of these letters written are super sweet and I agree wholeheartedly with them so I thought I would just share some of them with my readers. I didn't write any of these but I feel the same as all of these! Via Elvishjesusfreak's Blog. Song of the Day :) Made to Live by Switchfoot. The First, the Last, the Only.
