Poetry and Meditations by a Young Christian Lady. Blessed by “The Blessed”. This summer I’ve decided to journal something every day. So far it’s been going quite well, I feel as if my writing is becoming rejuvenated…maybe because I’m writing because I want to and not because I have to. It’s also been very nice not to have any guidelines and to really stretch my creativity! Please help me become a better writer and don’t be afraid to tell me if you don’t like something! Poetry and Meditations by a Young Christian Lady. The “Face of God”. The Bible is filled with the image of seeking His countenance. He tells us to seek My face (Psalm 27:8), He hides His face from the wicked and sinners (Isaiah 59:2; 1 Peter 3:12), His face beholds the upright (Psalm 11:7), His face is our joy and our strength on earth (Psalm 44:3; Psalm 80:19) and, in heaven, it is our promise! To at last see the face of our Savior! Face to face with Christ my Savior, Face to face what will it be?
