Ponikuninkuusravit 2012 järjestettiin Kouvolassa raviradalla samanaikaisesti Meidän Maaseutu-festivaalin. Kanssa. Festivaaliohjelmaan kuului myös valtakunnallinen varsanäyttely, jonka järjestelyistä vastasi Kymen-Karjalan Hevosjalostusliitto. Kumpanakin päivänä juostiin useita eritasoisia ponilähtöjä, joihin sisältyivät kuninkuus- ja ruhtinuuskilpailut A- ja B-kategorian poneille.
