Friday, January 16, 2009. 65292; 时隔才五个月，今天又有一名仓友即将要出狱了。他是这监狱里的其中一个元老（就是蹲了很久监狱的老人家，真不知道他之前到底犯了什么罪）。五年了。无人不晓。他自称自己是“游戏”。（现在明白为什么标题是Game Over了吧？）他本人是蛮喜欢摔角的，所以可能“游戏”对他而言，会另有一番风味。刚开始认识他时，他不多话。只知道埋头苦干。偶尔会调戏一下月饼老大而已。虽然当时我睡月饼老大隔壁仓，不过游戏与我也不多话的。后来我转仓到他对面，我们才开始了少许的交谈。后来我又转仓，又再少交谈了。基于“客网”服务令的缘故，他转来我对面仓，我们的话题才开始多起来。说他是我们大家的开心果一点也不夸张。记得有一次他患上高血压，几乎全仓人都为他担心，他竟然可以笑笑的回应一些有的没的，真够潇洒！他不想让别人担心，只因他喜欢全部人都笑。我深信，欢乐和笑声一定会被游戏一连带走。不如我们所愿，生活亦是如此。别哭！ Friday, January 2, 2009.

On Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 7:54pm. 其實『膠質』和『骨質』在人體內就好比房子的『水泥』和『磚塊』. 會漸漸流失，然後皮膚漸漸鬆弛，失去彈性。至於如何補充膠質(膠原蛋白)，用擦的是沒用的，因為膠原蛋白是大分子，用擦的只能到表皮層增加皮膚保濕度，無法補充到真皮層失去彈性的肌膚。所以要用吃的補充膠質(膠原蛋白)像是豬腳,雞腳,牛筋,白木耳,燕窩都是富含膠質的食物，如果以現在女性在乎身材為前題，白木耳絕對是補充膠質的最佳食物首選。白木耳富含的植物膠質絕不輸燕窩，之前是聽人家說：『有錢人吃燕窩，沒錢人吃白木耳』。早上吃一碗，煮爛不加糖的白木耳，保養皮膚。所以應該改成：『外行人吃燕窩，內行人吃白木耳』。千萬不要買純白木耳 ,因為純白木耳煮不爛)。加蓮子糖水，單加糖水，加蜂蜜，加果糖，或冰糖! 一天吃一碗，照上面方法，用果汁機打爛黃木耳去煮，會發現：.
