It’s Not You! From Postpartum Depression to Joy. In countless baby steps, and a leap of faith. It’s Not You! Is all the pain and suffering that is ppd making you feel absolutely worthless? Please whatever you do, please please please believe me when I say it’s not your fault. It’s not you, it’s the beast. While much pain is unavoidable during early motherhood, so much of the suffering can be alleviated by dissolving the guilt. I’m working on developing a home-study program (Homework?
