Bread pudding is really easy to make. It’s also a really great base that you can add pretty much anything to. I added raisins, but apples, white chocolate chips, pear and fresh berries would all be delicious additions to this recipe. 1 1/2 c unflavored toast crackers. 1 1/2 c milk. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 c white sugar. Spread the toast crackers and raisins evenly in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Cream together the eggs, sugars and spices. Stir in the milk gradually, adding a little at a time.
