Sunday, August 19, 2012. How to recycle your old broken crayons. Here is an idea for all those broken old crayons that no one wants to color with anymore- - recycle them into something new. Peel paper off of crayons. Sort by color (if you wish). Break Crayons into small pieces and place inside silicone pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees. Pop out of pan.
