Thursday, April 28, 2005. More on MFI and item on this morning's news. Re MFI - forgot to mention this. When you ring their "Customer Services" number you are asked to key in the reference number for your order (a lengthy process). When you finally get to speak to someone the first thing they ask you for is your reference number! All they are doing is moving the funnel! Tuesday, August 09, 2005. Process Behaviour Charts and High level data. We are often asked, "can one use Process Behaviour Charts with high level data, such as company financial results? Figure than July 2004 - i.e. negative growth. There will be great temptation for the BofE to lower interest rates and all the shops will be discounting to the point of giving stuff away - get ready for the bargains folks! In September there will be a "recovery" as the lower year end performance from 2004 takes effect.
