Governor Cuomo has proposed major changes to teacher evaluations in New York State. From a teacher's perspective, this law could bring significant changes to our schools and to the teaching and learning environment that we have worked so hard to cultivate- if it passes. 50% of a teacher's rating would be based on state test scores.
