Monday, June 16, 2008. The Story of "Jackson William". Honey, you're going to kill me." is probably not the best way to begin a discussion with your wife. The response? What did you do? What didn't you do? Well, neither. However. What did I find? Mostly other's opinions on the subject.too confusing, arrogant, the child doesn't have his own identity, etc., etc., ad nauseum.enough to question naming our son after me. Saturday, June 21, 2008. It is the rare diaper change that is not accompanied by pee, poop, or both. Thus far, Genny has bore the brunt of Jack's, uhh, wrath. Coincidence? Once, I swear he "threw a curve ball." Poop was actually underneath the lip of the dishwasher. How did he pull that one off? I am amazed at the force, volume, and distance that little Jack is capable of. He hasn't hit the ceiling, yet.just give him time. Speaking of diaper changes, here's a comparison photo for you.

Sunday, June 29, 2008. It seems like such a small thing to make a meal, help move some furniture, or lay down a coat of paint. A few dollars. A couple hours of your time. But multiply that by 20 or 30 and it makes a huge difference in the life of a family.my family. If not for our family and friends, we'd be eating 3 square meals a day of Domino's Pizza and Jack would be sleeping in an empty dresser drawer. Genny and I can't thank you all enough for the kindness and generosity that you've shown our family.

Saturday, January 26, 2008. Saturday, January 12, 2008. Last weekend, I took a trip to Chicago with some of the girls to see "Wicked". We took the train up from Bloomington which was a fun adventure! It actually is much cheaper and less stressful than driving. $24 round trip. can't beat that! The only drawback of the train is that you are tied to their schedule and there are often delays. We had a great time in the city. The show was incredible. it was my third time to see it! Tuesday, January 1, 2008.
