The charity is the exclusive British provider of Schwartz Rounds, which give emotional and psychological support to medical professionals and their colleagues. Social care staff sat at one end of the office, home care in a recess and physiotherapists and nurses at the other end. An initial workshop brought all the teams together to understand what each other do and how they might work together. A co-designed service model with the key components, such as single-point-of-access, prototyped and tested in-service.
