Changing our lives in 30 Days. Thursday, June 2, 2011. So, Day 1 went by quickly. I must say the first and last edible thing I ate yesterday was a tiny vanilla cupcake and a carrot cupcake from TeaRoom. In the middle was regular chicken, eggs and vegetable.and a bru coffee with milk which is non-paleo. Nevertheless, 85% achieved :). I feel hungry now. Changing our lives in 30 Days. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Paleo : What Do I Eat? 1 Eat real food – meat, eggs, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit, healthy oils. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re fresh and natural. 2 Do not eat dairy. This includes butter, cheese (hard and soft), yogurt (even Greek) and milk (including cream in your coffee). 3 Do not eat grains. 4 Do not eat legumes. 7 Do not drink alcohol, in any form.

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by t10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
