Is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and obtained a B.Eng (M.ech) degree from Stellenbosch University in 1992. He has a total of 16 years working experience of which 9 years have been in the automotive industry.

The factory is based in Ga-Rankuwa Industrial Township, north of Rosslyn, Pretoria, South Africa. Total production floorspace is approx. 3100m . Staff complement is 160 in total of which 150 are hourly paid employees. Currently the division manufactures 16 different pulley products supplying to 3 customers. Our current installed capacity is 2.4 million units p.a. Pulleys can be supplied uncoated or KTL electro-coated. Pulleys are manufactured from both steel and aluminum.

Baisch engineering was found in 1967 by Mr. H.P. Baisch who emigrated from Germany in 1959.
