Sunday, May 29, 2005. The Art of Egg Boiling. I'm a total flop at making half-boiled eggs. It is an art that has always eluded my comprehension. They either end up hard-boiled or under-cooked and my sister has never failed to use this as ammunition for her verbal barbs, her favorite being "my brain is too advanced until cannot do simple stuff like boil eggs" - followed by maniacal laughter and head tossing.
