Saturday, April 23, 2011. A tribute to grandma. Today we all gathered to pay tribute to a wonderful woman.my grandma! The funeral service was beautiful with my mother and her sister giving a wonderful eulogy and each of her brother's sharing memories and testimony. Uncle Richard also played an organ medley. There were so many extended family members there and we had a wonderful time visiting and remembering grandma! I love spending time with my family! That is what it is all about! Dave and Lorraine Barlow. Saturday, October 11, 2008. Fall Festival - Lori's Dance Recital. Dad and I drove out to Palmdale today to see Lori in her dance recital. Michelle did Lori's hair. She wanted it to look like Cinderella. Is she too cute for words or what? Our precious little Cinderella. Lori was so excited to be in this dance recital. Dave and Lorraine Barlow. Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Dad and I flew to Utah today and met our 11th grandchild - Bradley Steven Barlow. He fell right to sleep on my shoulder and grandpa never got a chance to hold him. Oops! Check out the hair! Must have come from the Hafen family as all my other grandchildren had less hair. Saturday, August 20, 2011. Kayaking in Ventura Harbor. Corrine took the YW to the harbor to go kayaking. They had so much fun she decided it would be a great activity for us to do with our nieces and nephews. After all of my water problems I volunteered to watch the kids who were too young to go on the boats while the other adults got in the kayaks and paddle boats. That does look like fun!
