My Yahoo Cooking Blog in Dimcook.com. 將香茅, 芫茜, 蒜頭, 生抽, 是拉猜辣椒醬. 糖25克 老抽6克 蠔油25克 水100克 雞粉少許 麻油少許 胡椒粉適量. 生粉水 : 生粉10克 粟粉10克 水100克. 1 熱鑊下生油, 爆香薑片和乾蔥, 加水煮沸. 3 取起薑片, 加入生粉水, 煮至起泡便成獻汁. 水100克 蛋30克 砂糖20克 鹽1克 高筋粉200克 依士3克 牛油20克. 順序放入麵包機, 用做麵團程序, 做完第一次發酵後取出. 叉燒包餡料 : 用半份獻汁, 加入200克叉燒拌勻便成. 將團壓平, 包入餡料, 預熱焗爐至180度. 將包最後發酵30分鐘, 搽上蛋液, 放上芝麻. 配花生醬, 橙桃果醬, 香蕉脫脂奶便為一個豐富早餐. 2 將桃粒, 橙汁, 橙皮, 檸檬汁放入小煲中煮滾. 4 開大火, 不停攪動煮至杰身. 1 下油熱鑊, 爆香蒜蓉, 乾蔥, 下烤麩, 雲耳炒勻.

Jamie Oliver Serving Board and snack dishes. 在煤氣公司上完堂, 有優惠卷買Jamie Oliver的產品. 新廚具 - Bosch 500W 打蛋器. 不油不膩, 加爽爽的生菜, 很清新. 用即食的油封鴨拆肉, 加紅蘿蔔絲和青瓜絲, 很美味. 烹飪課 - 四川菜@Dolce Dolce Kitchen. 1 豆腐瀝乾水份, 紅蘿蔔, 洋蔥切幼粒. 2 所有材料搓勻, 做成圓餅型. 4 200度氣炸10分鐘, 中間反轉. 3 酥皮界開成八條長條, 再橫切開三份. 4 將酥皮放上不沾布或牛油紙上, 搽上雞液. 5 用叉刺兩至三下, 洒上適量砂糖. 7 放入已預熱180度爐內, 放中層焗10分鐘. 1 調味料全部拌勻, 將腐皮碎浸入調味料內, 待吸收汁液. 2 取一塊已剪開腐皮, 尖的一端向自已, 加入腐皮碎, 包成長條型.

My Yahoo Cooking Blog in Dimcook.com. 我是上網跟韓國太太做的 : 食譜 請按. 我加多了辣椒粉, 味道很刺激, 今次我也一邊吃一邊出汗. 但我都一 直放在雪櫃, 因為要買米麴再養酵液才足夠分量. 最後發酵三小時之後, 包包發得很大, 辮子紋也不見了. 包包很軟, 沒有酵母味, 天然味道! 材料 : 煙肉片, 鮮磨菇, 黃椒, 菠蘿. 將糯米, 紅棗, 鮮人蔘和栗子加入雞肚. 本來是無栗子的, 我因為喜歡吃栗子, 所以加多了. 炸了三款自家製糕點, 馬蹄糕, 黑糖年糕和蘿蔔糕. 很方便, 黑糖年糕我用做蛋糕的方盤, 沾上蛋漿來氣炸. 材料有 : 蛋, 紅蘿蔔絲, 青瓜, 醃蘿蔔. 1 先將金蠔解凍清洗, 抺乾. 2 熱鑊下油慢火煎至蠔脹起和壓下淋身, 盛起備用. 吹乾, 切片, 可點豉油吃, 有點像上海年糕. 孜然一寸骨, 很惹味, 很愛孜然粉的味道. 蟹粥, 粥很綿, 蟹很鮮甜. 大大的蟹蚶, 啖啖肉, 我的至愛.

Saturday, May 29, 2010. Its been quite some time since i last blogged. And i thought maybe i should. My health hasn't been good for the past three weeks. I was/am down with high fever. And every time when im given an MC, i feel really bad. I feel that im useless and nothing in their eyes. They have a new one to hope for. I just feel really lousy. An Exposition of All that is Rachel. Tuesday, 8 May 2012. Last Flights and Goodbyes. Today I go back to Lakeside. I have been traveling for too many hours to count, I haven't slept more than 3 hours in the last 30 something hours and my May 8th is closer to 48hours long instead of the usual 24. Until then, I just want to say thank you for your prayers and I will sincerely miss Asia. I am so blessed to have been a part of this outreach and a part of this amazing team.
