We made it to watch Travis get to start even! He has only done that once on varsity before. He is so little compared to the other team. We had to design a bridge, figure the stresses and forces of each member of the bridge. We then submitted the design to our teacher, who cut the bridge out using a computerized laser cutter. On the road again with the Mellwigs
Saturday, September 5, 2009. Kauai Days 11 and 12 - The final countdown here in Kauai. Were coming down to our last few days here.we've been taking it easy and going to the beach everyday, watching the turtles and snorkeling every chance we get. We still haven't seen another seal on the beach but a turtle came up on the beach for a nap yesterday. The turtle making his way into the water after his nap. And there she goes. Kauai Day 10 - Boat trip up and down the Na'pali Coast. It made a fun ride back!

What's the worse that could happen? Sunday, May 26, 2013. F&HC Day 7: What Did I Learn? I'm participating in the Flats and Handwashing Challenge. Hosted by Dirty Diaper Laundry. This event provides awareness around the world that cloth diapering can be affordable and accessible to anyone. Today is the last day of the challenge. This week went by surprisingly fast! How did they have all the time to do the housework, the meals, etc? We do today. I don't think there were as many shiny distractions then.
