Now it's getting serious. Benjamin got some new pajamas. They are 18-month size! He's only 8 months! I thought the monkey pajamas would be appropriate since Benjamin loves to climb around and get into mischief. Monkey Jammies for a Monkey Boy. Having fun with Daddy in his new pjs. Rachel, Dennis, Benjamin, and David. Sunday, January 3, 2010. Benjamin got a snowsuit at one of his baby showers and I have been so excited to use it. We finally had a perfect day - lots of snow and warm weather. Benjamin made a snow angel (basically I just put him down in the snow and he laid there) and helped mom build a snowman (he mostly watched). He had a fun time in the snow and he looked adorable in his snowsuit. Playing with Mom in the snow. A Snow Angel in Progress. Still working at it.

Monday, February 14, 2011. This was Taydom's hair. The clips have little hearts on them. We really got into the Valentines spirit this year. This is KaileeJo before the princess tea party that was put on by the local library. She was very excited to go. Taydom was pretty sad when she had to stay home for a nap but it was nice to have some KaileeJo mama time. And daddy got a lot done around the house while we were away. Taydom dressed herself in hopes to make it to the party but it was still a no-go.

We met in high school. Rachel and Doug met on July 14, 2008 at one of Rachel's friend's houses. Doug had recently moved back to Nashville with his family from Houston, TX and didn't really know anybody at Franklin Road Academy, where they attended high school. A few short months, and countless "Google Talk" messages later, (October 14, 2008) to be exact - they started dating. After two years of high school, 4 years of college, and 2 years doing long-distance - the two cannot wait to finally say "I Do!
