Monday, August 19, 2013. I got a camera and it really takes better pictures than my iPhone! So I'm starting up the blog again in response to my 2 followers demands. Let's start off easy with the new family of Barn Swallows that moved into our porch in Lehi. I know quite a bit about Barn Swallows now, including that they are protected by law so don't mess with them! Now, I have you sucked in with cute birds, kids, and grand kids! Sunday, August 4, 2013. Day 7 and 8. Day 7 we went on a hike to some waterfalls and a water hole. Josh and Kiersten had gone their a couple of years ago and did some cliff jumping. It was a really nice hike. We wore our swimsuits to swim in the hole. I had a tank top over the top of my swimming suit and didn't think I would need bug spray. That was a bad idea! Saturday, April 6, 2013. For Easter this year we went to the Sand Dunes. We hardly did any camping and are hoping this year we will be camping at least once a month. We went with Beth and Terry, Jason and Amber and Josh and Kiersten came for the day. I also really love Easter so we dyed eggs, had an easter egg hunt and the Easter Bunny even found us! Wednesday, July 31, 2013. We loaded all of our stuff into the horse trailer. We put our lunch supplies right next to the door. The girls waiting early Saturday morning in the car to leave. We stopped for gas in Elko, Nevada. Then we went over to the Walmart parking lot to have our lunch. It was so hot that we made peanut butter sandwichs quickly and ate those and chips inside of the horse trailer and left within a half hour. It looked absolutely crazy! Sunday, July 21, 2013. Monday, April 9, 2012. Beth and Terry were going to California for Easter weekend so we celebrated the week before. We had fun going to the park, dying eggs and doing an Easter egg hunt. Then later that night all the boys went to the priesthood meeting. Tuesday, April 3, 2012. My baby girl turned five years old this year. I can't believe she is getting so old! I love her so much! Lol She would ask me constantly am I five yet? I want to be five! Now she wants to be six! It's going to be a long year!
