Rachie B and M.E. This is my journey through M.E. I will get through this illness, I know it. Wednesday, 6 January 2016. ME, my Grandad and I. My Grandad was like my king. In my eyes, he was the head of my family. I adored him completely. He was loving, caring, funny, kind and was such a character. My Grandad passed away three days before Christmas 2015. My heart is broken. He meant the world to me. My Grandad was so loved and so cared for. He was one of the best men that have walked this planet.

As you may remember, at the begining of the year I enrolled in a cake decorating class. It did not go well to say the least. I didn't want to even go to the first session and Mother pushed me out the door and it wasn't quite as bad as I imagined but I knew I wanted to get out of the class ASAP and never return! I walk on my swept tracks, retracing the long paths and familiar explorations. I imprint the grass where you walked two steps in front, as shadows trail my departed patterns.
