Jul 30, 2013. Taking my Girl to Dinner. Island style. I was a happy recipient of a gift certificate from our local pub for dinner and drinks for two as a thank you for setting up their fireworks on Canada Day. Last night Rachelle and I put our 2 kayaks into the water and paddled around to the pub to take them up on their kind offer. On the way back we caught this amazing sky just after sunset. May 3, 2014. Arrowsmith via Main Gully. The GPS track of our route. We hit the snow. 15 minutes into the route. It been quite some time since I've been out in the mountains on a spring trip. Young Al and I have had our eye on the Main Gully on Mount Arrowsmith for a year or so.
