Braised Tilapia with Moroccan Spiced Sauce. 1/2 cup chopped coriander. 1/2 cup chopped parsley. 4 cloves garlic, chopped. 3 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes or to taste. 4 tsp ground cumin. 4 tsp sweet paprika. 5 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tsp grated lemon zest. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
