Every Winter my family looks forward to eating my Dad’s famous TNT Chili. It is delicious and absolutely perfect for those cold days. Seeing as how the wind chill today was 10 degrees, we figured today was a great day for chili and cornbread! For those of you who can’t handle spicy food…you may want to stay away! 1 1/2 cups water.

It's crazy to think this was the first time we've seen the kids all at the same time. As soon as I walked in, they surprised me with a completely unexpected baby shower! Because the vegetables are cooked in a foil packet there is the added benefit of easy clean-up.
