Green pepper - 1no. Cinnamon - a small stick. Salt - as required. 1 Wash rice and soak in water for 10min. 2 Make a puree with tomato by adding little water. 3 Heat a kadai, add oil and once hot add cloves, cinnamon and ground pepper. Then add onion and green pepper cut into small pieces. Fry for a while.

Sugar - 2 1/4 cup. 1 Grind cashew into a nice paste with little milk. 2 Dry roast besan flour till the raw smell disappears. 3 Put coconut and cardamom in a blender and grind just for a minute. 4 Add everything in a kadai and mix thoroughly. Grease a plate and keep ready. Once the mixture turns into a ball pour into the plate and cute it into diamonds.
