Rails Girls的教與學. 考驗一個人知識到底有沒有學通，最快的方法就是聽他說，有些人說的頭頭是道，但可能只是廣義地繞來繞去避重就輕XD，也有些人能夠交待知識的歷史淵源、前因後果就跟背他家地址一樣熟在當Rails Girls 學員時，知道自己是初學者，有時候有些問題會不太敢問，因為不知道是不是蠢問題，所以會把問題記起來，說好聽點是把問題記起來，但其實它就這樣被塵封起來了但準備當Rails Girls 教練時，就會不自覺開始模擬學員可能會出現的疑問，為了不被問倒XD，開始搭建學員的學習鷹架自己順過幾次要講解的內容後，也終於能有知識內化的感覺.
