L'amour - est - grand. Wednesday, June 08, 2011. I don't know if you can see this. basically this is the park behind where I live. The line in the middle is the starting point. For the past two days, I had ran segments(loops) A and B. So it's 3km each time. The first day was bad. Halfway through A (theres a chinup bar there where I always did my chinups whenever i run pass it for the first time) I already 'panchek'. Walked about 30% of A. The idea is to improve my stamina, then my speed. A B - 3km speed.

So my ippt got silver, and im slacking again. lol. i know this lifestyle is quite unhealthy. but unless there is a pathway in front of my door, i find it quite troublesome to go out for a jog :/.
