Budget & Timeline. Members and friends of the Cathedral congregation have offered nourishing food to our city’s most vulnerable people for over 20 years. Over 70 volunteers are involved in making and serving sandwiches, nourishing soups and baked goods to more than 100 people a day. Placement of a steel frame within the roof structure to tie in with former seismic upgrades. Thermal and acoustic insulation to reduce heating/cooling costs and improve sound quality. Fire protection sprinklers in the chancel area. Safe removal and disposal of the existing roof shingles (asbestos remediation).
