Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Dusting off the keyboard again! It's been something like three years since I have blogged. I keep trying this madness, and I keep stopping! Should that be a sign? Do I have time for this? Do I have anything earth shattering to say? BUTI'm going to muddle through and see if I don't become famous for my attempts! I am a sleep deprived mother of three kiddos now! Last year our youngest little man joined our busy family and has lit up our world! That just blows my ever-loving mind!

Sunday, September 1, 2013. Hubby and I used to use a lot of boxed mixes to cook with when we first got married. It wasn't that we didn't know how to cook so much, I think we just found things that were good, or we thought were good, and why mess with a good thing, right? In more recent years I have been more prone to reading labels and knowing more about what we are eating. It's been.eye opening! And not necessarily in a good way! Anyway, one of our favorite in-a-box recipes was jambalaya! 2 1/2 cup water.

Crazy stuff I tell you! But, now that I think about it, it's already mid-July.for some, school will be starting before we know it! It really does just blow my mind though!
