Healthy Toddler / Baby Snack. February 3, 2013 at 12:00 am. 1/3 C chia seed gel. 1/4 C ground flax seeds. 1/2 C frozen blueberries (or fresh). 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract. Few drops liquid stevia. To make the chia seed gel, soak 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in 1 cup of water. I’ve found the pudding works best when I soak the seeds overnight or longer.
